Saturday Socials: Body_House

Join us for Body_House an installation and interactive performance collaboratively exploring the body as a house. Hosted by Saturday Socials a creative group based at Cubitt in collaboration with artist Lucy Steggals. 

Body_ House is the culmination of a six-month project exploring the parts of a house that let things in and out (doors, windows, taps, letterboxes etc.). On the day you will be invited to transform yourself into a house and chat to other houses. 

This is our first public event since the pandemic and is a chance to share what the Saturday Socials Group have been working on. If you can’t join us in person we will be broadcasting the event live on Cubitt's Community Radio (CCR) from 12:30 - 1:30. You can join HERE.

CCR was created by Cubitt Studio artist Andi Amirshah in celebration of Cubitt's 30th anniversary.

Saturday Socials is a programme of monthly creative workshops for over 55s led by Lucy Steggals and Hayley Harrison.
