Cubitt at Spike Island Print Fair

Cubitt will be at the Spike Island Print Fair in Bristol July 24-26.

All contributions will go towards our Future Cubitt fundraising efforts.

We’ll be presenting a curated selection of prints by both established and emerging artists connected to the cooperative through its studio and public programmes.

There will be works by 13 studio artists each reflecting the breadth of contemporary print practice.The works will span a range of print formats, encompassing monoprint, etching, screenprint and risograph.

Alongside these, we will also present editions developed through Cubitt’s public programme, including Nicola Singh’s Sincere Seeker print, as well as new risograph works produced by Cubitt Community Press.

A key feature of the display will be Curator’s Choice, a set of ten prints by leading international artists including Adam Chodzko, Haegue Yang, Carith Wyn Evans and Cathy Wilkes, selected from Cubitt’s exhibition history.

Together, the presentation will reflect Cubitt’s commitment to print as both a traditional medium and a site for experimentation, foregrounding its expanded and socially engaged possibilities.
