Jef Geys: Public Programme

Dirk Snauwaert gives a lecture on the activities of Bar 900.

Snauwaert is Director of Wiels, Brussels, where Geys recently presented a two-person exhibition with Iranian sculptor Monir Shahroudy Farmanfarmaia. Snauwaert also curated Geys’ solo presentation for the Belgian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale 2009.

Chris Dercon leads an informal tour of the exhibition.

Dercon is Director of Tate Modern and was formerly Director of Witte de With, Rotterdam, during which time he commissioned Geys’ project What are we having for dinner tonight?.
